Cubist portrait of Theodore Matthew Brechtel. Former Ten Most Wanted Fugitive #216: On August 16, 1965, Brechtel was arrested in Chicago, Illinois at his place of employment where he was working as a painter. Although he had been using an alias, he admitted his true identity to arresting agents stating, “I know what you want; I’m it.” He was a New Orleans Bank robber.
